The Southern African Migration Project is a multi-faceted research, policy and training programme designed to facilitate the formulation and implementation of new initiatives on cross-border population migration in the region. The project - hosted by Queen's University in Ontario, Canada - aims to facilitate regional cooperation in migration research, management and policy-making; to generate sound and reliable information on migration dynamics, trends and impacts and to disseminate such information to decision-makers; and to promote awareness of the role and contribution of migrants, immigrants and refugees to host societies. {{LINK_LABEL_GO_TO_WEBSITE}}
