Simon has over 40 years of international development experience. He joined GLIDE as CEO in 2019 after six years as the Director of the UNAIDS New York Office.
He is the vice-chair of the Board of the RBM Partnership to End Malaria and is a trustee of Malaria No More (UK).
He spent 30 years with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) and is the former chair of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
