Sarah Wild is a South African science journalist, now based in the United Kingdom. She has covered African science policy for much of her career. She has a BSc honours in physics, electronics and English literature from Rhodes University, South Africa, and an MSc Medicine in bioethics and health law from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Her reporting ranges from climate change to radio astronomy to forensics, and has won her numerous awards, including CNN African Journalist of the Year for innovation reporting and a prestigious gold Kavli Award.
