Much of Asia is being steadily engulfed in the polluting haze caused by the growing use of two and three-wheel vehicles, such as scooters and motorcycles.

The level of the threat posed by these vehicles to human health is unique to Asia, and the solutions have to come from within. But many experts question the continent’s capability to come up with substantial and effective solutions.
