Profile

Claudia Mazzeo is a journalist specialized in science, technology and environment, with a Masters Degree in water management, in the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires (FCV UBA). She is a full professor of science journalism and environmental communication, and adviser of Master thesis in the area of ​​social participation at the Center for Transdisciplinary Studies of Water (FCV UBA). Since mid-2018 she works in the Communication area of ​​FCV UBA.

She was the director and professor of the Scientific and Technological Divulgation Program of the Institute Leloir Foundation, an institution in which she formed a group of interns and also was in charge of the Communication (2003-2011). She also directed the Communication area of ​​the National Institute of Industrial Technology (2011-2017).

 
Claudia has been a contributor to SciDev.Net since 2013 and also writes for different national and international sites and publications as a science jurnalist.
