Emma Feutl Kent is the Manager of Global Policy and Advocacy at 1,000 Days. In this role, Emma drives the development of a policy and advocacy leadership agenda for 1,000 Days, focused on some of today’s most pressing global nutrition challenges. She is especially interested in bridging gaps between research and policy/advocacy. Prior to joining 1,000 Days, Emma worked as the Operations Lead for the Eleanor Crook Foundation (ECF), a private foundation focused on global nutrition research and advocacy. Emma holds a Masters in Global Policy with a concentration in International Development from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Alberta in her hometown of Edmonton, Canada.
