Nuffield Council on Bioethics

The Nuffield Council on Bioethics is an independent UK organisation that was established in 1991 to identify, examine and report on the ethical questions raised by recent advances in biological and medical research. The Council has recently completed a three-year study of the ethics of research related to healthcare in developing countries. This substantial website provides information about the project, including the full text of the final report.
