International Development Research Centre

IDRC is a Canadian public corporation that provides technical support and funding to applied research in developing countries. IDRC was established by an act of the Canadian Parliament, the IDRC Act in (1970). Its mission is to build local capacity in developing countries to undertake research and create innovations for development and also to support policy research on knowledge and innovation systems which lead to improved science, technology and innovation policies in developing countries.

Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC)

The Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC) produces, documents and coordinates agricultural research in Nepal. It aims to help the government with policymaking and finding solutions to agricultural problems in the country.

The website publishes free-to-access publications including books, journals as well as guides on writing scientific papers. A list of NARC's research projects is available, as well as links to relevant organisations, events and job vacancies. The website also provides PDF links to information about Nepal's agricultural policies.

UNDP’s Special Unit for South–South Cooperation (SU/SSC)

Established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1978 and hosted by the UN Development Programme, the unit’s primary mandate is to promote, coordinate and support South–South cooperation and cooperation with the UN. It focuses on policy dialogue and development, public–private partnership and southern development exchange.
