<p><P>The bird flu virus that killed 32 people in Thailand and Vietnam last year has remerged in both countries, killing seven so far in Vietnam since December. </P><br />
<P>Furthermore, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that the virus might have spread to neighbouring countries. Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar lack sophisticated surveillance capacity and may not have spotted human cases, said Peter Cordingley, WHO spokesman for the Western Pacific region earlier this week.  </P><br />
<P>Thailand has confirmed outbreaks of the virus for the first time this year.
